Constructing Collaborative Spaces

To create this this warm and inviting space the previous space was gutted and reconfigured. This process allowed the space to be utilized in multiple arrangements and for various instructional configurations.  Located in Doherty Hall in the Chemical and Engineering department, this unique space now incorporates large sliding glass partitions that separate a portion of the room to create a more intimate classroom feel, allowing for light to penetrate the room. A number of the furniture groupings are portable, allowing for easy manipulation to create environments most appropriately suited for specific programming needs.
