Project Details

The 1,600 square feet renovation includes a conference room, glass walled office space, and open-concept workspace to accommodate collaborative research. The scope consisted of selective demo, a complete interior fit-out with demountable partitions, and the fabrication and installation of custom European beechwood panels for the open workspace. The integration of new mechancial work with existing HVAC systems and running all new electical services to accomodate the needs of the space was also a part of the scope. New finishes included paint, carpeting, and glass wall systems, creating a bright, functional environment while maintaining the confidentiality requirements of the facility.
Close communication and coordination with the architect and Pitt project manager were essential in achieving intricate detailing and craftmanship throughout the project. Dick Building Company’s hands-on approach, attention to detail, and proactive collaboration ensured a seamless process and a finished space that exceeded expectations.
