Dick Building Company transformed the first floor of a warehouse in the eclectic Strip District neighborhood into Mecka Fitness and Nutrition, their second boutique fitness studio in the Pittsburgh area.
Completed Bank Branch in Kennedy Township

Dick Building Company completed as the general contractor the new F.N.B. Bank branch in Kennedy Township. The construction of the 3,300 square foot building started in late July and was completed in late February.
Industrious Liberty Center

Dick Building Company worked with nationally recognized co-working space developer Industrious to convert two floors of downtown Pittsburgh's Liberty Center.
