Dick Building Company is serving as the General Contractor for work on a new fuel center and café and market in Monroeville, PA. Construction started in June 2018 and is expected to be completed in winter of 2018. The project will total 5,400 SF and will have a slab on grade foundation with a one-story structure. The exterior of the building will consist of brick, structural stone and exterior siding with an aluminum storefront. Sitework will include installing all new utilities – gas, electric, water, sanitary and storm. Concrete islands will be poured for the fuel center.
The architect on the project is DLA+ Architecture and Interior Design and the engineers are Lennon Smith Souleret Engineering and Taylor Structural Engineers.
