Working with Group P6-B, LLC, Dick Building Company served as the Construction Manager for the new condominiums, 327 Royal Palm, in Boca Raton, Florida. Construction began on the 10-story above grade and two below grade building in February of 2016 and was completed in November 2018. Many of the luxury condominiums were pre-sold with custom layouts causing a more complex structure design than traditional condominiums. At the time of construction this project had the deepest basement ever built in Boca Raton and the first project to use DSM in the area. Designed by Ploeg and Associates Inc. this 130,000 SF building is a stunning structure. With stucco over masonry and concrete as its exterior and the luxury amenities to be had inside, this project is a site to see.
