Dick Building Company is working with Laurel Valley Golf Club and DLA+ on the construction of four 2,100 SF club cottages surrounding the chipping green. The exterior of the one-story slab on grade structures are comprised of brick veneer façade with limestone sills and border stone. Each building is complete with a slate and copper roof system that correlates with the club design . The cottages have four en-suite bedrooms furnished with an intimate seating area, coffee bar and a common covered field stone patio. There is one ADA approved unit in one building. Extensive site work has been completed which consisted of erosion and sediment control, site utilities and grading. Specifically, there was land clearing, cut and fill performed, storm and foundation drainage systems installed, and site water and sanitary services completed. A bio-retention pond was also included.
Dick Building Company began construction of the cottages in the beginning of April with completion scheduled for the end of this year.
