Dick Building Company worked with nationally recognized co-working space developer Industrious to convert two floors of downtown Pittsburgh’s Liberty Center. The space has been transformed into flexible workspace with modern glass-walled private offices, conference rooms, phone rooms, a wellness room and open common co-working spaces which will allow for professionals to focus and be productive.
Dick Building Company began work as the general contractor in March of 2019, converting the 38,000 sf on the 5th and 6 floors in the convenient downtown location on the edge of Pittsburgh’s thriving tech and residential oriented Strip District. Working closely with NORR Architects and commercial real estate group Newmark Knight Frank, the conversion took place with minimal disruption to the other building tenants.
