PTC Lodging LLC has selected Dick Building Company as construction manager for the new Hotel Indigo located in the Pittsburgh Technology Center in south Oakland. The 89,500 SF, six-level building consists of a block and concrete plank structure with a masonry and Cor-Ten steel façade. The property includes 111 guest rooms, a restaurant, meeting rooms, fitness center and a rooftop terrace. Hotel Indigo is a collection of boutique hotels with properties in major cities across the globe.
