On March 3 – 4, 2018, Dick Building Company’s Southeastern Florida office participated in Bike MS and set out to bike 150 miles from Miami to Key Largo and back again. Bike MS is a fundraising ride that raises money and awareness for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The goal is to work towards a world free of MS, and the money raised helps fund MS research.
Our Florida team spent a few months training and preparing for the 75 miles per day ride. Although challenging, everyone worked as a team and finished strong. After arriving in Key Largo, they were able to kick back and enjoy a nice meal and live entertainment. The best part is that the Florida office ended up surpassing their fundraising goal of $5,000. It was great to be able to participate in such a fantastic event that raises money for an amazing cause. Thank you to all who supported and donated to our team!
